Clear boundaries for a free and open internet.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of Armorbullet's web hosting, RDPs, domains, and network infrastructure. Our goal is to provide a censorship-resistant platform for legitimate businesses and developers while strictly prohibiting activities that harm the network or violate universal human rights.
Regardless of the jurisdiction or server tier you select (including Anti-Red offshore servers), the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in these will result in immediate network null-routing, account termination, and a permanent ban without a refund:
Our Standard cPanel plans (Starter, Pro Business, Enterprise VPS) operate in standard jurisdictions (e.g., USA/EU). As such, they are subject to standard Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown requests.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint for a standard instance, we will forward it to the account owner and require the infringing content to be removed within 24 hours to prevent null-routing.
Our Anti-Red hosting and Bulletproof domain services are specifically designed for privacy, operating in offshore jurisdictions. For these specific services, we operate an ignore-complaints policy for copyright/DMCA issues.
We will not suspend Anti-Red services due to external pressure, copyright infringement claims, or automated abuse reports, provided the content does not violate the "Zero Tolerance" rules outlined in Section 2.
While we offer unmetered bandwidth on select plans, intentional degradation of our network is prohibited. This includes running cryptocurrency miners (e.g., Monero) on shared CPU threads, conducting outbound DDoS attacks, or initiating brute-force port scanning against external networks.
Armorbullet reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this AUP. We conduct our own investigations into abuse reports. False or weaponized abuse reports sent to us by competitors or bots will be aggressively filtered and ignored.
