By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by Armorbullet ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("User," "Customer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Armorbullet utilizes an automated, event-driven API architecture. Upon successful payment verification, your requested services (e.g., cPanel Hosting, RDP, Domains) will be provisioned immediately.
While we guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA, Armorbullet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if hardware maintenance, extreme network abuse, or unforeseen critical vulnerabilities occur.
All services are billed on a prepaid basis. We accept major credit/debit cards and supported cryptocurrencies. Because our service prioritizes absolute privacy, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to their irreversible nature.
For fiat payments, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial transaction and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay renewal invoices within 3 days of the due date will result in service suspension, and data may be wiped after 7 days.
Standard hosting plans (Starter, Pro Business, Enterprise VPS) must comply with international law. We will process valid DMCA takedown requests for these plans.
Exception for Anti-Red Offshore Hosting & Bulletproof Domains: Services explicitly labeled as "Anti-Red" or "Bulletproof" operate under an ignore-complaints policy within privacy-friendly jurisdictions. We will not action copyright complaints against these specific services unless required by a direct court order in the local operating jurisdiction. However, hosting CSAM, terrorism content, or phishing pages mimicking financial institutions is strictly prohibited across all network tiers and will result in immediate, permanent termination without refund.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Armorbullet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the fitness of the service for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for keeping independent backups of your data unless explicitly utilizing our automated backup addons.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page, and continued use of Armorbullet signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
