1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) protects customers, the internet community, and our infrastructure. It forms part of our Terms of service.

2. Prohibited content and activity

  • Illegal content or services under applicable law.
  • Malware, ransomware, botnets, exploit kits, or command-and-control hosting.
  • Phishing, credential theft, social engineering, or carding.
  • Unsolicited bulk email (spam), snowshoe spam, or purchased email lists without consent.
  • Unauthorized network scanning, port scanning, or intrusion attempts.
  • DDoS attacks or amplification services.
  • Open proxies, open relays, or traffic anonymization services used for abuse.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement (including clear piracy hubs).
  • Content that exploits minors in any form (zero tolerance).
  • Crypto mining that degrades shared infrastructure without an authorized plan.
  • Activities that threaten network stability or other customers’ service quality.

3. Resource use

Shared hosting must not monopolize CPU, RAM, I/O, or bandwidth in ways that harm neighbors. We may throttle, migrate, or require an upgrade for sustained abuse of fair use.

4. Security responsibilities

  • Keep CMS, plugins, and applications patched.
  • Use strong passwords and limit panel access.
  • Do not host known vulnerable software without mitigation.
  • Report compromise promptly so we can help contain incidents.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate reports, scan for malware indicators, and take action including warnings, content removal, traffic filtering, suspension, or termination. Emergency suspensions may occur without prior notice when risk is severe.

6. Reporting abuse

Report abuse to abuse@armorbullet.host with URLs, timestamps, headers, and evidence. We aim to respond to credible reports within a reasonable time.
