1. Agreement
By creating an account, placing an order, or using armorbullet.host, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy, Hosting agreement, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Data Processing Addendum (where you process personal data on our platform), Refund policy, and any plan-specific terms. If you use services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Services
We provide web hosting, related infrastructure, domain registration/transfer (via registrars), customer panel tools, and optional add-ons. Features may change as we improve the platform. Free trials or beta features, if offered, may be limited or withdrawn.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
- We may suspend accounts that pose security, abuse, or billing risks.
4. Orders, fees, and renewals
- Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude taxes or registrar fees where stated.
- Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination after notice where practicable.
- Domain fees are often non-refundable once registered with a registry.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with our AUP. Prohibited uses include malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized scanning, illegal content, and activities that harm our network or others. Violation may lead to suspension without refund where permitted.
6. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, back up, and process content solely to provide the services. You represent that you have rights to the content and that it does not infringe law or third-party rights.
7. Domains
Domain registration and transfers are subject to ICANN/registry rules and the policies of our registrar partners. WHOIS accuracy, transfer locks, and dispute processes may apply. We are not liable for registry outages or third-party domain disputes beyond our reasonable control.
8. Support and SLA
Support channels and response targets are described in our SLA and support documentation. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except as expressly stated in a written SLA for your plan.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel services per the Refund policy and panel tools. We may suspend or terminate for AUP breaches, non-payment, legal risk, or abuse. Upon termination, data may be deleted after a retention window; export your data before cancellation.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to fees paid by you to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance where allowed. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date on this page.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Armorbullet Host’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
