These documents apply to armorbullet.host and related Armorbullet Host services. They are provided for transparency and operational clarity. For binding advice in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified professional.
1. Agreement
This Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of hosting and infrastructure services from Armorbullet Host. It is incorporated into our Universal Terms of service. If there is a conflict on a hosting-specific topic, this Agreement controls for that topic. Also read the AUP, Privacy policy, DPA, SLA, and Refund policy.
2. Services
We provide virtual or shared hosting resources (CPU, RAM, storage, network, control panel features) according to the plan you purchase. Features, limits, and locations are described at checkout, in the customer panel, and in plan documentation. We may improve or change underlying platforms with reasonable notice when feasible.
3. Accounts and access
- You must keep login credentials, SSH keys, and API tokens confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and authorized users you invite.
- We may require identity or ownership verification for security, recovery, or abuse investigations.
- Shared hosting accounts are for your legitimate websites and applications; reselling full shared accounts may require a reseller or VPS product where offered.
4. Customer content and backups
- You own your content; you grant us the rights needed to host, back up, migrate, and support it.
- You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data. Our backup features, when offered, are convenience tools and not a guarantee against all data loss.
- We may remove or disable content that violates the AUP or law without prior notice when harm is ongoing.
5. Resource limits and fair use
Plans include resource envelopes (disk, inodes, processes, bandwidth, email sending). Sustained overuse that harms other customers may result in throttling, suspension, or a required upgrade. “Unlimited” marketing language, if used, never means unlimited concurrent processes, unlimited mail abuse, or unrestricted backup storage of media libraries beyond stated soft limits.
6. Network and IP addresses
IP addresses and network capacity remain our property (or our providers’). We may renumber or migrate services for operational reasons. You must not use IPs for spam, open proxies, or activities that get our ranges blocklisted. Reputation damage may result in suspension until remediated.
7. Email
Outbound mail is subject to volume limits and anti-abuse controls. You must honor unsubscribe and consent rules. We may block or rate-limit mail that triggers spam filters or blacklists.
8. Maintenance and availability
We perform planned and emergency maintenance. Availability goals and credits, if any, are described in the SLA. The SLA is your exclusive remedy for downtime unless mandatory law says otherwise.
9. Support
Support covers platform issues (server, panel, DNS we manage, network). Application development, third-party plugin debugging, and end-user training may be out of scope or billable. Response targets are described in support documentation and the SLA.
10. Fees, renewals, and suspension
- Fees are due as stated at order and on invoices. Non-payment may lead to suspension and later deletion of data.
- Renewals may be automatic if enabled in the panel; disable auto-renew before the renewal date if you wish to cancel.
- Suspended services may continue to incur storage or IP fees until cancelled where applicable.
11. Termination
You may cancel per panel tools and the Refund policy. We may terminate for AUP breach, non-payment, legal risk, or material Terms violations. After termination, data may be deleted after a short retention window; export early.
