Domain name dispute resolution

How domain name ownership and trademark disputes are handled for domains registered or managed through Armorbullet Host.

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These documents apply to armorbullet.host and related Armorbullet Host services. They are provided for transparency and operational clarity. For binding advice in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified professional.

1. Scope

This page describes dispute handling for domain names registered, transferred, or managed through Armorbullet Host (including via our registrar partners). It does not replace registry rules, ICANN policies, or court orders. Our Terms of service and Refund policy also apply.

2. UDRP and similar policies

Many gTLDs are subject to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and related ICANN policies. Complainants may file with approved dispute-resolution providers. Decisions may require us or our upstream registrar to lock, transfer, or cancel a domain as directed.

ccTLDs and some new gTLDs use different dispute policies set by their registries. Those rules control when they apply.

3. What we can and cannot do

  • We are not a court or arbitration panel and do not decide trademark ownership on informal email complaints alone.
  • We may place a registrar lock or hold when required by UDRP/URS, court order, or clear legal process.
  • We may refuse to implement a transfer that appears fraudulent or non-compliant with transfer policies.
  • Billing disputes, chargebacks, or “buyer’s remorse” are not trademark/UDRP disputes — see Refund policy and support.

4. Registrant responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registrant and contact data as required by registry/ICANN rules.
  • Respond to verification and WHOIS/RDAP accuracy requests within required timeframes.
  • Do not register domains primarily to sell them in bad faith or to confuse consumers with third-party brands.
  • Keep renewal and account access under your control; domain loss from expired account access is not a dispute we reverse without proper authority.

5. How to raise a concern

Trademark or UDRP-related notices: legal@armorbullet.host with domain name, trademark details, evidence of rights, and preferred resolution path (UDRP filing vs. voluntary transfer).

Suspected hijacking or unauthorized transfer: support@armorbullet.host immediately, with proof of prior control (e.g. historical emails, auth codes you held, identity docs if requested).

Abuse on a website at a domain: abuse@armorbullet.host (see Abuse handling policy).

6. Court orders and law enforcement

Valid court orders and lawful process directed to the correct legal entity may require us to freeze, disclose, or transfer domain control. We act on clear, properly served process. Informal demands without legal authority are not sufficient.

7. Fees and non-refundable registry costs

Dispute handling does not automatically entitle either party to a refund of registration or renewal fees already paid to registries. See our Refund policy.
