How Armorbullet Host collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These documents apply to armorbullet.host and related Armorbullet Host services. They are provided for transparency and operational clarity. For binding advice in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified professional.

1. Who we are

Armorbullet Host (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides web hosting, domains, related infrastructure, and customer panel services via armorbullet.host and associated systems. Contact: privacy@armorbullet.host / support@armorbullet.host.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, password hashes, profile preferences.
  • Billing data: invoices, payment references, gateway transaction IDs (full card numbers are handled by payment providers, not stored by us).
  • Service data: domains, hosting plans, support tickets, cart contents, usage metrics needed to run services.
  • Domain registration data: registrant/contact details required by registries and ICANN-style rules (may appear in WHOIS/RDAP where still published).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, cookies, logs for security and reliability.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, sales, abuse, or legal channels.
  • Customer Content: websites, databases, email mailboxes, and files you store on hosting — processed as described in section 6 and our DPA.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve hosting, domains, billing, and support.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Register and manage domains with registries/registrars and publish required registration data.
  • Send service notices (account, security, billing, renewals). Marketing only where permitted and with opt-out options.
  • Debug incidents, enforce acceptable use, handle abuse reports, and protect our infrastructure and users.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we may process data under contract performance, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, network abuse prevention), legal obligation (tax, domain rules, lawful requests), and/or consent (e.g. certain cookies or marketing).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Payment gateways and processors to complete transactions and fight fraud.
  • Domain registrars (e.g. NameSilo or successors), registries, and escrow as required to register, transfer, or manage domains.
  • Infrastructure, CDN, email, and monitoring providers strictly as needed to deliver the service.
  • Professional advisors under confidentiality (legal, accounting) when required.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and abuse prevention.

6. Customer Content and our role as processor

Content you and your end users put on hosting (sites, apps, mail, databases) is Customer Content. For that data we generally act as a processor under your instructions. You are responsible for lawful collection and for responding to end-user rights requests. See our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for details.

7. Domain WHOIS / RDAP

Domain registration may require accurate contact data. Some of that data may be published or disclosed under registry, registrar, or ICANN-style policies. Privacy/proxy options, where available, are subject to those third-party rules. We are not responsible for third-party use of public WHOIS/RDAP data.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries where we or our processors operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data during transfers consistent with applicable law (including contractual safeguards where required).

9. Retention

We retain account and billing records as long as needed for the service, legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Domain registration records may be kept as required by registry rules. Logs and security data are kept for operational periods then deleted or anonymized where practicable. After account closure, residual backups may persist for a limited rotation period.

10. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and operational monitoring. No method is 100% secure; you must also protect account credentials, SSH keys, and application security on your sites. See our Security policy.

11. Your rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@armorbullet.host. For data on a website hosted for someone else, contact that site owner first. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.

12. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sessions, cart, and security, and may use analytics or preference cookies. See our Cookie policy for details.

13. Children

Services are not directed to children under 16 (or higher age where required). We do not knowingly collect their data.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
