1. Hosting plans
Unless a plan explicitly advertises a money-back window, fees are generally non-refundable once service is provisioned. If we offer a limited refund window (e.g. first 14 days on eligible shared plans), it will be stated at checkout. Refunds exclude third-party costs we cannot recover.
Where we approve a refund for a service cancelled mid-cycle, the amount is prorated based on the days remaining in the current billing period at the time of cancellation, less any non-refundable setup or third-party costs already incurred. One-time (non-recurring) purchases are not prorated.
2. Domains
Domain registration, transfer, renewal, and redemption fees are typically non-refundable after submission to the registry/registrar, because those fees are paid to third parties. Always verify the domain name before purchase.
3. Add-ons and overages
One-time add-ons, SSL from third parties, paid support escalations, and usage overages are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed.
4. Our errors
If we charge you incorrectly or fail to deliver a paid service due to our fault, contact support@armorbullet.host. We will correct billing or provide a proportionate remedy (credit or refund) as appropriate.
5. Abuse and policy violations
Services suspended or terminated for AUP or Terms violations are not eligible for refund.
6. How to request
Email support@armorbullet.host from your account email with order reference, service, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible and may take several business days depending on the gateway.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension and collection of fees and costs.
