1. Scope
This SLA describes network and infrastructure availability goals for paid hosting plans. It does not cover customer applications, third-party DNS/CDN, local ISP issues, or force majeure events.
2. Availability target
We target 99.9% monthly network uptime for core shared hosting connectivity, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance when practicable. Enterprise or dedicated plans may specify different targets in writing.
3. Maintenance
We may perform planned maintenance. We aim to notify customers of disruptive windows via email or panel notices. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice to protect security or stability.
4. Support response
Targets are goals, not guaranteed response times, unless your plan includes a written premium support addendum.
- Critical (service down for multiple customers): best-effort rapid response 24/7.
- High (single customer outage): target first response within a few hours.
- Normal (how-to, billing): target first response within one business day.
5. Service credits
If we fail the stated availability target due to our infrastructure fault, eligible customers may request a service credit by opening a ticket within 15 days of the incident, with evidence and impact window. Credits are calculated as a portion of the monthly fee for the affected service and are the sole remedy under this SLA. Credits are not cash refunds and exclude domain-only products.
6. Exclusions
- Customer misconfiguration, compromised sites, or resource overuse.
- Upstream transit, registry, or third-party provider failures outside our control.
- DDoS events mitigated in good faith or requiring traffic blackholing.
- Beta, free, or promotional services.
